Frequently Asked Questions
Get honest answers about our pricing what we remove and what affects the cost of your junk removal project.
• How does your junk removal pricing work?
We price based on how much space your items take up in our trailer, from 1/8 load to a full load. This keeps pricing simple, upfront, and predictable. Labor, fuel, and standard disposal fees are included.
• What items do you remove?
We haul almost anything non‑hazardous, including:
-
Furniture (couches, dressers, mattresses)
-
Appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators)
-
Yard debris
-
Construction debris
-
Electronics
-
Garage junk and household clutter
If it fits in the trailer and isn’t restricted, we take it.
• Why are there extra fees for some items?
Certain items require special disposal or recycling, and local facilities charge additional processing fees. These include:
-
Tires
-
Mattresses
-
Refrigerators / AC units (Freon removal)
-
TVs and electronics
-
Paint cans (if accepted)
We only pass through the exact cost — no marku
• What items can’t you take?
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove:
-
Chemicals
-
Oils and fuels
-
Paints and solvents
-
Propane tanks
-
Medical waste
-
Asbestos
-

• Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes. We recycle metal, cardboard, and electronics when possible. Usable furniture and household items are donated locally when possible to reduce landfill waste and try to help those in need.
• Do I need to be home for pickup?
Not always. If items are accessible outside or in a designated area, we can remove them and send photo confirmation when the job is complete.
• How big is your junk removal trailer?
Our trailer holds 12–14 cubic yards, equal to about six pickup truck beds. This helps customers estimate how much space their junk will take up.
• Do you handle heavy or bulky items?
Yes — we remove couches, appliances, mattresses, exercise equipment, hot tubs (cut‑up), and more. If it’s safe to lift and load, we’ll take it.
• Do you offer same‑day junk removal in Cookeville?
Yes — if we have an opening, we provide same‑day or next‑day service in Cookeville and surrounding areas.
• How do I get a quote?
You can text us a photo, call, or book online. We provide free, no‑obligation estimates and confirm the price before any work begins.
